Headset or Helmet Hanger
TKO Clamping Systems new Pro Series Headset or Helmet Hanger allows users to hang your headset or helmet up out of the way when not in use. Quality headsets today can run in the thousands of dollars. With our newly designed Helmet Hanger and retainer bar your expensive equipment will remain secure no matter how aggressive you are driving or how rough the terrain. Our retainer bar is 7.5” long by 1/2” wide, with a 3/4” opening on the end and is machined out of solid aluminum.
Pro Series Line of Products
Our Pro Series Line of Products are machined out of solid 6061 T6 aluminum and are built to the “Quality for the Pro but still priced for the Regular Joe”.
Use Any TKO Clamp
Our Headset or Helmet Hanger attaches to any TKO clamp and unlike typical hooks that only hold one item ours will hold two or more items at a time. They can be mounted parallel or perpendicular to your roll bar. Pair with a TKO HD Clamp or if clearance is an issue use our new ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners.

HD Clamps
HD (heavy duty) Clamps from TKO are built to fit roll bars, hand rails, luggage racks, handle bars, bike frames and ladders with OD of 1” to 3.25” and every size in between. We can also accommodate those bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.875” on the Can-Am.
Available in black finish. If you prefer silver finish contact us for availability.
Each clamp comes with two rubber liners in 1/16” and 1/8” so each clamp can fit a wider range of sizes.
ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners
ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners from TKO are the same high quality as our other clamps. The difference being the clamp does not wrap all the way around the bar. This allows the clamp to be mounted to a bar with limited or tight clearance like near a roof or windshield. Just like all our clamps they are built to fit roll bars, hand rails, luggage racks, handle bars, bike frames, flag poles and ladders. ZC Fasteners are available to fit bars with OD of 1.25” to 2.25” and every size in between. We can also accommodate those bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.875” on the Can-Am.
