What are the Heim Joints made of?
They are heat-treated 4130 Chromoly 5/8" severe duty Heim Joints.

What is covered by the lifetime warranty?
The lifetime warranty covers the sway bar rods themselves. Normal wear and tear on the Heim Joints is not covered.
